St.Justin’s College of Education Managed by the Sisters of the Congregation of the Immaculate Conception, Madurai, is affiliated to the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University (TNTEU), Chennai. It is a Minority Aided Institution providing education to women who opt to become educators at various levels. The College offers the following courses:

Programme Components: The Programme consists of Theory and Practical
The candidates must have obtained the following percentages of marks after
Consolidation of all semesters, including the final semester
50% for Other Subjects
Having a PG without a 10+2+3 pattern of education.
Candidates only with the following major subjects can apply for the course:
English, Tamil, Mathematics, History, Commerce, Physical Science, Bilogical Science, Computer Science & Commerce.
Equivalent Subjects:
- Candidates, who have done their G.A. degree in applied mathematics can apply for mathematics.
- Candidates, who have done their G. degree in Applied Theoretical Physics, Geo-Physics, Bio-Physics, and Electronics can apply for Physical Science.
- Candidates, who have done their U.G. degree in applied chemistry can apply for physical science.
- Candidates who have done their U.G. degree in Advanced Zoology and Bio-Technology, Plant Biology, and Plant Biotechnology can apply for Biological Science.
- Candidates, who have done their G. degree in Environmental Science and Microbiology can apply for Biological Science.
- Candidates, who have done their U.G. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Computer Application can apply for Computer Science.
- All the B.E./B.Tech. graduates, irrespective of their Branch in Engineering/Technology are eligible to study either Mathematics or Physical Science as Pedagogy of a School subject. However the B.E./B.Tech. graduates in Computer Science related branches and Bio-Technology related branches are also eligible to study Computer Science and Biological Science as Pedagogy of School Subject respectively. The reservation of seats for the graduates in B.E./B.Tech. in each Pedagogy of School Subjects (viz., mathematics, physical science, biological Science) shall be 5% only.
/Consolidated Application must be sent along with the following attested copies:
a) B.A./ B.Sc. Provisional Certificates / Degree Certificates together with Final /Consolidated Marks Statement
b) T.C. from the college where the candidate studied last.
c) X, XI, and XII Statements of Marks.
d) Community Certificate
e) Nativity Certificate
f) Aadhar Card Copy
g) Income Certificate
Note:
Selected candidates will be notified to attend the interview with the Original Certificates mentioned above
The prescribed fees should be paid at the time of admission (Enquire at the office)
Fee once paid will not be refunded
SC and ST students are exempted to pay the Tuition Fees Only. They are eligible to get the Government Scholarships

b) Practical : Dissertation
Along with the filled-in applications the attested copies of the following Certificates are to be sent to the Principal
i) B.Ed Degree Certificate
ii) B.Ed Statement of Marks
iii) Transfer Certificate issued by the Principal of the college where the candidate underwent the course last
iv) Duration Certificate (attendance certificate) issued by the Principal of the college (in case of other University Students)
v) Two Conduct Certificates: One issued by the Principal of the college and the other by a responsible person not related to the candidates
vi) Service Certificate indicating the period of employment, date of relieving etc. emoluments are drawn (in the case of those who had teaching experience or held other posts).
vii) Aadhar Card Copy
Note:
